Directors’ Network

A Space for Shared Leadership

DVPN recognized the need for a dedicated space where organizational leaders could connect with peers who understand the unique challenges of this work and collectively problem-solve. This is the “why” behind why we formed Directors’ Network.

Now, leaders from domestic violence-focused organizations across Central Indiana meet bi-monthly to discuss emerging issues, exchange resources and opportunities, and identify ways to better support survivors and the professionals who serve them.

The Director’s Network offers an incredible opportunity for leaders and directors of domestic violence-focused organizations to connect with peers who understand the complexities of leading within the field. Members gain access to a unique and trusted space for sharing challenges, exchanging resources, discussing emerging trends, and learning from one another’s experiences..
