Community Trainings

Making a Difference Together

It takes everyone in our community to end domestic violence—from the courthouse to the schoolhouse, from corporations to clinicians. When we make a difference, it is together. Our Community Trainings focus on training adults in all sectors on what domestic violence is, how to recognize warning signs, and how to respond as an individual or as a business. We have trainings tailored for different communities and on different subjects related to domestic violence.

How Community Trainings from DVPN Work:

  1. Check out our available trainings and their descriptions below.
  2. Fill out our Request Training form, and we will connect with you as soon as possible.
  3. We can also work with your agency/organization to put together a training series to cover multiple topics over multiple sessions. We have done this for agencies such as Edna Martin Christian Center and The Villages of Indiana!
Dynamics of Domestic Violence

This training will also provide information on local and national resources.
