PROJECT HEAL
Call for artists and interest in workshops.
DVN has launched Project HEAL (Hearing and Empowering Survivors through an Artistic Lens)!
This project invites survivors & participants to explore healing through various methods of creating. DVN through Project HEAL will host various workshops throughout Marion County bringing projects that participants can work on while learning about art as one method to healing.
These workshops will lead to an art show held on the first Friday of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Workshop participants can choose to have their pieces on display or for sale at the show (100% of sales on pieces created by survivors will go back to the survivor).
More workshop details to come!
We are looking for community artists to be involved in the show who have work that aligns with the theme of “healing” or “healing through creating.”
Please fill out this form if you’d like to get involved with in any form or learn more about Project HEAL!
